Everything works. The parts that gave us trouble have been replaced. The Mercedes service is paid for through 80,000 miles. There's genuinely nothing you need to sort out first.
OBO · 32,000 miles · Draper, Utah · Clean title in hand
We paid for the chassis service plan up front and it transfers to you — that's 48,000 miles of scheduled maintenance you won't be billed for.
Agile Off Road lift and ride package, all-terrains, no-rub fenders, brushguard, 360° KC lighting, onboard air. Not a soft-roader.
2022 chassis with true full-time four-wheel drive and low range. Later Sprinters don't have it.
No lien, no payoff, no bank in the middle. We can sign it over the day you decide.
Without you adding a thing to it.
Full-time 4WD with low range — 2022 was the last year Mercedes built it that way. Agile Off Road ride package, all-terrains, no-rub fender kit, brushguard, KC HiLiTES 360° lighting. There's an onboard compressor with chucks front and rear, so airing down at the trailhead and back up at the pavement takes a few minutes and no equipment.
12kWh of lithium, a high-output alternator and solar. Run the A/C all night with nothing plugged in. If the pack drops below 25% the van high-idles the engine to recharge itself and then shuts back off — you don't have to think about power.
Hot shower inside, another one outside, diesel heat, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, powered awning, wool insulation. We've spent long stretches in it and never felt like we were camping rough.
As it sits today. Nothing staged.
The van is at Warner now. Interior photos will be posted as soon as it's back, emptied out, and cleaned up.
I'll post the full inside tour once the Beast is home from Warner: the aisle, galley, Dreamweaver bed, Halo shower, GrooveLounge, cargo bay with the Shuksan trays, Volta power panel, cab, and wet bath.
Want a specific angle sooner? Text me and I'll send it when I pick the van up.
A 2023 Beast MODE 4x4, build #15 of the model year, on the 2022 Sprinter chassis. That's the last one Mercedes built with full-time four-wheel drive and the 3.0L V6 diesel — everything after it went to on-demand AWD and a four-cylinder.
Adaptive cruise, active lane keeping and heated seats. A lot of these vans shipped without them, and on a long highway day it's a different vehicle.

This is the factory Beast MODE 4x4 build sheet plus what we added. I'll send the original window sticker if you want to check it.
Things we figured out we needed after living in it. All of it stays with the van.
Heavy-duty powder-coated aluminum on 450 lb locking slides with L-track, running the full length of the cargo bay. Bikes, coolers, dog crates — pull them out and load standing up instead of crawling into the garage.
Probably our favorite change. The bed stays folded down without the support legs, so the cargo area is one open space instead of something you have to work around.
Overhead storage above the front seats. Hats, books, straps — all the stuff that used to end up on the passenger seat.
The cab is where heat and cold pour straight into the van. This closes it off with an XPE-insulated, magnet-sealed curtain and seals up the headliner shelf at the same time. It makes a real difference on hot afternoons and cold nights.
Insulated blackout window coverings — a lot better than the factory shades for heat, cold and blacking the van out. Plus a fitted Inhabit mat through the main cabin that takes the mud instead of the floor.
Lets the ceiling fan run wide open in the rain. Sounds small; it means you can keep air moving through the van during a storm instead of sealing yourself in.
These are the three things people ask about on a 2023 Beast. All three have been replaced on this van, and we've driven on the new parts long enough to trust them.
The original 12kWh pack came out and a replacement went in. No trouble with it since.
New unit. It runs both the cabin heat and the hot water, and it's held up through cold Utah nights.
New unit. Cools well and runs off the battery overnight, which is what you want in the desert.
We bought the service plan up front and it transfers with the van, so your scheduled chassis maintenance is already paid for.
Separately, the Mercedes powertrain and diesel emissions warranty runs 5 years / 100,000 miles from new — so there's factory coverage left on the chassis too.
We bought the van from Van City in Las Vegas, and every service and repair since has gone through Warner in West Valley City. It was the first standalone Mercedes-Benz Van Center in the country, and it's a factory service center for Volta power systems — which is exactly who you want touching a Beast. All intervals are current, the records are available, and you can call them and ask about this van.

Factory service center for Volta power systems, with factory-trained Sprinter techs. Full service records available with the van.
We still love this van. We've just outgrown it.
There are four of us now — two adults, two kids — plus the dogs we want to bring along. It's just a little tight.
We're selling because of that, not because anything's wrong with the van. Ask me whatever you want and I'll give you a straight answer.
